Description

This beautiful, hand-printed round bike wheel cushion is the perfect accessory for any bike buff’s home. A subtle (or not!) reminder that somewhere there is always a bike to be ridden. This large cushion features a bike wheel design hand-printed onto durable cotton, with a brightly-coloured blue reverse and contrasting orange piping.

Details

The cushion cover measures 45 cm in diameter and encases a plump, round hollow-fibre cushion pad. The case fastens on the reverse with a concealed zip. Wash by hand, allow to dry naturally. Parcels are sent via tracked courier (2-4 day service)

Environmental Credentials

The bike wheel design is printed onto cotton sourced from a Lancashire-based manufacturer using inks rated by the ACMI (Art & Materials Creative Institute) to be non-toxic per intended use. The design is hand screen printed by me, Stephanie, in the studio space at the end of the garden so the carbon output is largely dependent on how many cups of tea I boil to power me. Even the cording used in the orange piping has been manufactured in the UK (in my childhood home county of Lancashire *waves red rose flag*)
