Environmental Credentials

The wooden mobile components are manufactured in Devon, UK. The workshop was chosen for both its craftsmanship and its environmental ethos. The wood used to create the mobile is sourced from controlled and managed forests which have been FSE and PEFC certified. This means that every time a tree is used, another one is planted. The illustrations are printed directly onto the wood using UV cured ink. This gives an odourless and more energy efficient result compared with solvent-based inks used by many commercial printers. The electricity used at the workshop is from 100% renewable sources.
